Educational Background
Ogar received her Bachelor's of Science degree in Political Science in 2006 with a minor in Business Economics from Trinity University in Washington, D.C. In 2009, she earned her Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School with a concentration in health law and as a member of Albany Law School Science and Technology Journal.
